How are the products made?

Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.

How long does delivery take?

Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.

How do I choose my t-shirt size?

Check the size guide in each product tab. Measure a t-shirt that fits you well and compare with the length and width measurements. The t-shirts have a regular fit, neither slim nor oversized.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, with no need to give a reason (TRLGDCU arts. 102-108). Return the product unused and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense and any loss of value from handling beyond inspection is deducted (art. 108.2). Can I send a product as a gift to someone else?

Yes. At checkout you can enter a different shipping address from billing. The package arrives white-label with no visible price, so the recipient will not see the cost.

What material are the t-shirts made of?

The t-shirts are 96% cotton and 4% elastane, weighing 189 g/m2. The fabric is soft with a smooth surface, ideal for all-over printing. They are pilling-resistant and colourfast after washing.

Are real animals used for the portraits?

No. No animals participate in or are harmed during the process. The portraits are created combining photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence. They are fictional characters representing real species with respect and dignity.

A landscape of permanent permafrost without tree cover, with temperatures that swing between -50 °C in winter and 5-10 °C in the brief Arctic summer.

He Cares Without Making a Show of It

In his story, Benjamin looks after his people without saying a word. He starts the generator before anyone gets up, so there's hot coffee ready. He leaves the best portion for whoever arrives last. He teaches newcomers without even realizing it: where not to step, how to start an engine at forty below. What he's worst at is the opposite, letting himself be looked after; he grumbles quietly and goes along with it, a little reluctantly. He's one of those who love through actions, not speeches.
