§ 11.2 · Orders If you write about an order, include this
To resolve an order issue in one turn, I need three things. If you include them in the first message we avoid email ping-pong:
What I need in the first email
- Order number + email used at purchase. You find it in the confirmation or in My account.
- If there is damage or a defect: clear photos of product and packaging — outside and inside, with natural light if possible.
- A short description of what you see. No apologies, no preamble — just what happened. I take care of the rest.

This form opens an email in my inbox with the data you fill in. No autoresponder, no numbered tickets, no CRM with tags — I read it myself when it arrives.
Whether you ask about framing or throw out a bold idea, your message keeps this project as human as the creatures that may soon hang on your wall.
