We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the European Accessibility Act) and the EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard.
1. Conformance status
This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA: it meets most criteria, with the exceptions noted below. We are working towards full conformance.
2. What already works
- Full keyboard navigation and a “skip to content” link.
- Semantic structure: distinct header, main content and footer, a clear heading hierarchy, and the language declared on every page.
- Alternative text on images.
- Scalable typography and a responsive, mobile-friendly layout.
3. Known limitations
We are working on:
- The brand’s accent color changes dynamically and, on light backgrounds, may not meet the recommended contrast ratio for some text. We are redesigning it to adapt to the background while keeping the effect.
- Checkout is provided by a third party (Shopify) and may not meet every criterion; we are working with the provider.
