Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.

How long does delivery take?

Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.

How should I wash the t-shirts?

Wash the t-shirt inside out, machine wash in cold water, and air dry. Avoid the tumble dryer and ironing directly over the print. Following these steps keeps colours vibrant for a long time.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, with no need to give a reason (TRLGDCU arts. 102-108). Return the product unused and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense and any loss of value from handling beyond inspection is deducted (art. 108.2). Do you take custom commissions?

Yes. At checkout you can enter a different shipping address from billing. The package arrives white-label with no visible price, so the recipient will not see the cost.

Since products are made on demand, different items may be manufactured at different facilities. Posters, mugs, and backpacks are often shipped separately. Each package has its own tracking number.

What his grandmother left him

The most important person in his childhood was his grandmother. She taught him to walk through the forest in silence, to smell the wind before choosing a trail, and to tell which sound means danger. She also left him a handwritten recipe notebook, in Korean, which Jeong takes out every October to make kimchi the way she used to. She's gone now, but he keeps doing what she taught him, and that's how he keeps her close. He doesn't say it; he does it.

A T-shirt for those just starting out

The T-shirt carries his front-facing portrait: crisp rosettes, the aviator helmet with the goggles on top, and a calm gaze that isn't scary. I created it serene and front-on: he's a serious but friendly feline, the kind you like right away. The Amur leopard is the only leopard that lives in the snow, growing an extremely long coat in winter: a great creature for anyone just starting to collect animals.
