Dehesas of the Iberian Peninsula: expanses of holm oak and cork oak with natural pasture in Extremadura, Salamanca, Andalusia and the Portuguese Alentejo. Density of 0.2 to 0.5 head per hectare.
"We'll see" is what Fernando says when he's asked when something will be ready and he still doesn't know, because he won't give a date until he has one. It's what he says to chew over a decision. And it's also a no he doesn't plan to shout: the answer lives in the pause, not the words. He processes slowly, as if he chewed everything over twice before swallowing it. Wearing this bull is wearing that calm that won't be rushed.
