- As items are made to order and customised to your order, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun (Article 103(c) TRLGDCU, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your consumer rights: your statutory guarantee of conformity remains fully in force, and any product arriving damaged or with a production defect is replaced or refunded at no cost.
