Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.

How long does delivery take?

Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.

Each portrait combines photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence under Yago's artistic direction. The process includes species research, character design, AI-assisted generation, and detailed manual editing.

What t-shirt sizes are available?

Men's t-shirts range from XS to 5XL. Women's, kids', and youth sizes have specific ranges. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements in cm and inches.

Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?

Since products are made on demand, different items may be manufactured at different facilities. Posters, mugs, and backpacks are often shipped separately. Each package has its own tracking number.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships from production. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will get a separate tracking number for each one.

How do I choose my t-shirt size?

Check the size guide in each product tab. Measure a t-shirt that fits you well and compare with the length and width measurements. The t-shirts have a regular fit, neither slim nor oversized.

The One Who Sits and Watches

There's a story about Alek that fits exactly the age when you're figuring out who you are. He went six weeks unable to work and still went to the workshop, every day, just to watch: he saw what shortcuts the others took, where they wasted time, which tool was always in the wrong spot. He said nothing for six weeks. When he could, he reorganized the entire workshop without asking anyone, and suddenly everything ran faster. His boss looked at him and just said "good." That quiet watching before moving turns out, a lot of the time, to be the way you improve things.

A Puffin Who Moves at His Own Pace

What the t-shirt puts on your chest is the face: a calm puffin, front-on, in his usual clothes.
