How are the products made?

Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.

How long does delivery take?

Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.

What material are the t-shirts made of?

The t-shirts are 96% cotton and 4% elastane, weighing 189 g/m2. The fabric is soft with a smooth surface, ideal for all-over printing. They are pilling-resistant and colourfast after washing.

What happens if there is a print defect?

If you notice a print defect (misaligned colours, stains, missing ink areas), contact us with photos at mail@yagopartal.com. Production defects are resolved with a replacement at no extra cost.

Check the size guide in each product tab. Measure a t-shirt that fits you well and compare with the length and width measurements. The t-shirts have a regular fit, neither slim nor oversized.

What role does artificial intelligence play in the process?

AI generates intermediate fragments of the creative process — references, poses and, for wild species, part of the animal's visual base — never the final piece. Yago directs each portrait: researching the species, designing the character, and building the result by hand in Photoshop, layer by layer. The artistic decision is always human.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships from production. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will get a separate tracking number for each one.

The koala who learned the names of the trees

When Cooper was little, his grandmother would take him up to the bush behind the house and tell him the name of every tree: this one's tallowwood, this one grey gum, this one swamp mahogany. She wasn't teaching him botany; she was teaching him to pay attention and to care for things that have names. That's why, as an adult, he knows his valley by heart. He's a calm, observant koala, the kind who notices the small things. Good company to wear on your chest.

A critter that sleeps a lot

I created this portrait facing forward with a flat background: on a kid's T-shirt it looks great and holds up to washing and playing. A fun fact about Cooper: he's a koala, and koalas spend almost the whole day asleep. In his story, he gets up early for the radio and then takes the longest nap in town, which for a koala is pure biology. If your little one loves koalas, there's more about this one in his story, and I've got an entire family of characters in the series.
