So no one has to eat breakfast alone

Cooper gets up at five when the town's still asleep, crosses the valley fog, and switches on the mic. He thinks a lot about the people listening to the radio just to not be in silence, and when he dedicates a song "to whoever's out there alone this morning," he's talking to someone real. As he puts it, he just wants whoever's up early not to eat breakfast on their own. A backpack for carrying your things carries, on its back, a koala who carries, every day, half the town's spirits.

The koala who lights up the valley

I created him facing forward, against the flat background: on a backpack, the portrait reads well and holds up to daily wear. In his story, Cooper closes every morning with the same line, like someone saying see you later: "look after each other, because we're the ones who are left." Then he switches off the lights and goes to sleep off the morning. Carrying this koala on your back is carrying that mix of his — warmth and calm. If you like him, there's more about him in his biography, and he's part of an entire family of characters.

  • Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.
  • Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.
  • Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.
  • Animal Kinhood is a series of anthropomorphic animal portraits created by Yago Partal. Each portrait features a real species dressed in clothing that reflects its personality, blending photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence.
  • AI is a tool within the creative process, not the process itself. Yago directs each portrait: researching the species, designing the character, and manually selecting and editing the result. The artistic decision is always human.
  • Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by region and product type. You can see the exact cost at checkout before confirming your order.
  • On-demand production eliminates surplus stock and overproduction. Each product is manufactured only when someone orders it, drastically reducing material waste and the footprint of unsold inventory.
  • It depends on the product. T-shirts and sweatshirts are made in Mexico. The tote bag and backpack are made in Latvia. Posters are printed at the nearest facility to your destination. Mugs originate from China.
