How are the products made?

Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on two things: which piece it is and where it goes. Posters, the mug, the tote and the backpack ship from Europe: 4-7 business days to Europe, 2-4 to the UK, 2-6 to the USA and Canada, 6-22 to the rest of the world. T-shirts and the sweatshirt are made in the United States, so they take considerably longer to reach Europe: 9-25 business days, 7-10 to the UK, 4-10 to the USA and Canada, 5-17 to the rest of the world. Every figure already includes making the piece, since each one is produced when you order it. You will see the exact date for your shipment at checkout.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.

What is Animal Kinhood?

Animal Kinhood is a series of anthropomorphic animal portraits created by Yago Partal. Each portrait features a real species dressed in clothing that reflects its personality, blending photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence.

What does the framed poster include?

It includes an ayous wood frame (1.9 cm thick, from renewable forests), an Acrylite acrylic protective front, and hanging hardware. It is lightweight and arrives ready to hang directly on the wall.

What sizes do the posters come in?

Posters are available in two sizes: 12 x 12 inches (approx. 30 x 30 cm) and 18 x 18 inches (approx. 46 x 46 cm). The square format is part of the series' visual language.

Are real animals used for the portraits?

No. No animals participate in or are harmed during the process. The portraits are created combining photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence. They are fictional characters representing real species with respect and dignity.

Can I send a product as a gift to someone else?

Where it works best (and why)

If you have a workspace or a living room where screens, books, and objects coexist, a framed portrait helps organize the whole. The character's color is intense — bright yellow — but the neutral background and understated expression keep it from taking over the room. It's the kind of piece that reads from a distance and, when you get close, lets you rest on the details of the knit sweater.

There's something very La Laguna about this choice: interiors with changing light and walls that aren't always built for a large work. A properly mounted frame saves you from improvising with clips or tape, and keeps the poster protected if you move it.
