Cooper has a fixed segment on his show that's become famous across the valley: the traffic report for a town with no traffic. He narrates, as if it were a big city, that there's a cow on the road, or that "the Settlement Point ferry is running roughly one ferry behind schedule." People send him their own sightings — a kangaroo on the roundabout — just so he'll read them out. It's the kind of humor that keeps you warm, the kind where everyone's in on the same joke. This T-shirt carries the face of the man who invented it.

I created him facing forward, with the flowers on the shirt as the only color: on a T-shirt it reads instantly and holds up to everyday wear.
