Introduction
This policy describes the terms applicable to shipping, delivery, packaging and customs for purchases made on yagopartal.com. By placing an order on this site, you accept the conditions set out below.
1. Products and orders
This store offers physical products created by Yago Partal (for example: matte art prints, framed posters and everyday items such as t-shirts, tote bags, backpacks and mugs).
Most products are manufactured on demand (print-on-demand): they are produced specifically for you after you place the order.
Before completing your purchase, please review carefully: size, colour, dimensions/options and, above all, the shipping address.
2. Availability, shipping and white-label
International shipping. We ship to most countries. If a product cannot be shipped to your region (due to carrier restrictions, size or regulations), this will be indicated during the checkout process.
Shipping costs. Shipping charges are not included in the product price. They are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, available shipping method and number of items.
Separate shipments. Some orders may be split into multiple shipments (for example, if you mix products that are packaged separately or produced at different facilities). In that case:
- you will receive one or more tracking numbers;
- packages may arrive on different dates;
- the total shipping cost may be higher than for a single shipment.
White-label. The package and packing slip do not display our production partner’s branding: delivery is made as a white-label service under the store’s brand.
3. Estimates and rates
How delivery time is estimated
The estimated delivery time is the sum of:
- production/preparation time, and
- shipping (transit) time.
These are estimates, not a guarantee. The final date and cost are always shown at checkout.

4. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time is the sum of:
- production/preparation time, and
- transit time (transport).
Production begins after the order is placed. Timing varies by product type:
POD products (prints, posters, apparel, objects) · Printful:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Transit: 3–10 days EU / 5–15 days rest of world
- Estimated total: 1–3 weeks
Limited edition fine art (Drop 01 Otto and following) · WhiteWall Frechen (Germany):
- Production: 7–14 business days (printing, mounting, framing, fine art QC)
- Transit: 5–10 days EU standard / 7–15 days international / XL pieces (80×80, 120×120) with specialised Convelio logistics (nail-to-nail)
- Estimated total: 2–4 weeks
- Hand-signed physical COA is sent in a registered envelope separately after production (may arrive before or after the main package depending on the carrier)
Transit time depends on the destination and carrier. The final estimate and available options are shown at checkout and, once shipped, reflected in the tracking.
Legal maximum: Unless otherwise expressly agreed, delivery must take place within 30 calendar days of the purchase date (Spanish LGDCU art. 109).
5. Packaging and tracking
Orders are packaged to protect the product during transit (for example, tubes or reinforced flat packages for prints).
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link or number (if available). If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:
- Check your letterbox, building reception and neighbours.
- Contact the carrier as soon as possible.
- If you still have no resolution, write to us so we can review the case.
Please note that if the carrier confirms delivery, a replacement may not be covered.
6. Customs, VAT and import taxes
Sales within the EU (B2C): For sales to consumers within the European Union, we apply destination-country VAT under the One-Stop-Shop (OSS) regime established by Directive (EU) 2017/2455 and art. 73 of Spanish VAT Law 37/1992. Applicable VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping country (ES 21%, FR 20%, DE 19%, etc.).
Sales outside the EU: International orders outside the EU may be subject to duties, taxes or customs clearance fees set by the destination country’s authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient (customer) and are not included in the product price or the shipping charges at checkout.
Reshipments: If a shipment is returned due to non-collection at customs, rejection by the recipient or incorrect address, an additional shipping charge may be required to reship it.
Art customs code (HS 9702): Limited edition fine art is exported/imported under tariff code HS 9702.00 (original engravings, prints, lithographs), which in many countries benefits from reduced VAT/GST rates or exemptions for original signed limited-edition artwork.
7. Changes and cancellations
As products are manufactured on demand, the possibility of changing or cancelling an order is limited.
- Errors in address/size/colour: if you spot an error, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet entered production or been dispatched, we can try to correct it.
- Once in production or shipped: changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
If the package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or non-collection, reshipping entails additional shipping costs.
8. Delayed or lost orders
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, please wait a little (occasional delays happen) and, if it still has not arrived, write to us with:
- order number,
- email used for the purchase, and
- tracking link/code.
In order to process lost-package claims, it is important to report within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
9. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a production issue, write to us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging (exterior and interior).
To expedite the process, we recommend notifying within the first 48 hours of delivery; in any case, issues must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
If transit damage or manufacturing error is confirmed, we will offer a solution (replacement or refund, depending on the case).
