Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

What is Animal Kinhood?

Animal Kinhood is a series of anthropomorphic animal portraits created by Yago Partal. Each portrait features a real species dressed in clothing that reflects its personality, blending photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, with no need to give a reason (TRLGDCU arts. 102-108). Return the product unused and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense and any loss of value from handling beyond inspection is deducted (art. 108.2). Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. The mugs are lead-free and BPA-free ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe. They hold 325 ml (11 oz) with the interior, upper rim, and handle in a colour matching the design.

What happens if there is a print defect?

If you notice a print defect (misaligned colours, stains, missing ink areas), contact us with photos at mail@yagopartal.com. Production defects are resolved with a replacement at no extra cost.

Color-inside mug

This color-inside mug with Yeray is a small object for a very specific routine: starting the day calmly and with fresh air. The front-facing portrait reads fast, even half asleep. Bright yellow, light blue, soft pastel. And the colored interior adds a detail that shows up right when you drink.

Yeray, the Atlantic canary, lives in La Laguna and gets up early. Before heading out, he opens the window, checks the wind in his notebook, and makes a coffee. No ceremony — just a small adjustment. If the air is heavy, he notices. If the day starts without water and something to eat, it shows. The mug fits right there: not as merch, but as a routine tool.

The Macaronesian archipelagos of the Canary Islands, Madeira and the Azores, from sea level up to 2,000 metres in altitude. It occupies coastal scrub, laurel forest, pine woods, orchards, gardens and crop margins with open shrubby cover.

A mug for home, office, or studio

Some mugs stay at the back of the cabinet. Others become the one you reach for without thinking. This one has that potential for two reasons: the design is clean (nothing gets lost in detail) and the character's expression is calm. It's not a joke that gets old after a week. It's a portrait that holds up to repetition.

On a work desk — computer, notebook, cables — the colored interior adds something quiet. It's a small visual reminder, like the gray collar peeking out in the portrait: the serious part underneath, the color up top.

If you share a home, the mug can also be a wordless signal. In Yeray's story, Luz sometimes leaves a short note when she gets back at night: "there's wind." A mug waiting on the counter does the same thing: it says "get ready" without any drama.
