Each product is made to order when you place your purchase. There is no pre-made stock or overproduction. A specialised production partner prints, cuts, and prepares it specifically for you.

How long does delivery take?

Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Shipping adds 3 to 20 days depending on destination. Most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks total. Exact times depend on the production facility and your location.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at mail@yagopartal.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (include packaging). We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible, either replacement or refund.

What is Animal Kinhood?

Animal Kinhood is a series of anthropomorphic animal portraits created by Yago Partal. Each portrait features a real species dressed in clothing that reflects its personality, blending photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days to withdraw, with no need to give a reason (TRLGDCU arts. 102-108). Return the product unused and in its original condition; return shipping is at your expense and any loss of value from handling beyond inspection is deducted (art. 108.2). Are real animals used for the portraits?

No. No animals participate in or are harmed during the process. The portraits are created combining photography, illustration, and artificial intelligence. They are fictional characters representing real species with respect and dignity.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships from production. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will get a separate tracking number for each one.

Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?

Since products are made on demand, different items may be manufactured at different facilities. Posters, mugs, and backpacks are often shipped separately. Each package has its own tracking number.

Winters in the Southern Ocean, tied to the sea ice and to the most productive waters of the southern hemisphere.

He came back from the mainland with a toolbox on installments

At seventeen he went to the mainland to learn the trade. He came back with three things: a certificate, a toolbox bought on installments and no wish to share a room with anyone. The houses over there stand on piles, and the pile that is plumb today may not be plumb tomorrow, so the work never quite ends: it gets spread out across weeks. Six winters of three weeks each

At eighteen they gave him three weeks of work on a house in the top row that was going over on one corner. The village boat left in August and he watched it go from the roof, harness on and one hand on the chimney. That makes six winters. He has a three-week answer for each one and he has never added them up. When somebody asks him whether he isn't leaving, he answers with the job he has that week.
