Introduction
This policy describes how returns and refunds work for purchases made on yagopartal.com. By placing an order on this site, you accept the conditions set out below. For shipping rates, delivery times and damaged items, see our Shipping Policy.
1. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal
1.1 Products manufactured on demand (POD: prints, posters, apparel, objects)
Due to the on-demand nature, these products are manufactured specifically for your order. Under article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) — implementing EU Directive 2011/83 — the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
If the product arrives defective, damaged or non-conforming, statutory guarantee rights apply (TRLGDCU arts. 114-127): contact us within the first 48 hours with photos. We will offer replacement or refund as appropriate.
1.2 Numbered limited editions (Drop 01 Otto and following)
Limited editions are produced and numbered specifically for your order (numbering assigned in order of purchase — e.g. “#7/35” — at the moment of acceptance). They are clearly personalised goods under art. 103(c) TRLGDCU and do not admit withdrawal once production has started.
Statutory guarantee rights apply: if it arrives defective, damaged or non-conforming, contact us within the first 48 hours (see Shipping Policy for the incident process).
1.3 Standard stock products (if any)
If we offer any non-personalised stock product (e.g. catalogues, books printed in closed runs), you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from receipt without justification, under TRLGDCU arts. 102-108.

Refunds
Refundable amounts: product + standard shipping cost (not the premium method if you chose one) + VAT where applicable. We do not refund return shipping costs, which are your responsibility (TRLGDCU art. 108), except in case of our defect or error.
Timing: we will process the refund via the same payment method without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of receipt of your withdrawal communication (TRLGDCU art. 107.1). Bank processing times may vary; usually completed sooner.
2. How to request
Write to us at mail@yagopartal.com and include:
- order number,
- email used for the purchase,
- brief description,
- photos/video if there is damage or defect (and of the packaging).

3. Online dispute resolution (EU ODR)
If you are a consumer in the European Union and are not satisfied with our response, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform established by Regulation (EU) 524/2013:
