1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help sites remember your preferences and understand how you interact with their pages. We also use localStorage, a browser storage mechanism that works similarly but stays on your device and is not sent to servers with each request.
2. How we obtain consent
When you first visit yagopartal.com, a custom consent banner appears at the bottom of the page. No optional cookies or tracking scripts are loaded until you actively click “Accept”. If you click “Reject”, only strictly necessary storage is used. The banner stays visible until you make a choice: consent is never assumed from inaction.
Your preference is saved in your browser’s localStorage so the banner does not appear again on subsequent visits. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser’s localStorage for this domain or by using the cookie settings link in the site footer.
3. Strictly necessary cookies and storage
These cannot be disabled because they are essential for the site to function correctly (cart, checkout, session, preferences).

6. Managing your preferences
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time and it is as easy as giving it (GDPR art. 7.3):

- Via your browser: clear cookies and site data for yagopartal.com in your browser settings.
- Via browser extensions: tools like uBlock Origin or Privacy Badger can block specific trackers.
7. Third-party cookies and services
GA4 and Meta Pixel cookies are technically classified as first-party (served from yagopartal.com), but data is transmitted to Google LLC and Meta Platforms Inc., which act as joint controllers (Meta Pixel, per CJEU C-210/16 Wirtschaftsakademie) or processors (GA4 depending on Data Sharing configuration). Processing only occurs with your explicit consent to the corresponding categories.
Embedded third-party content (YouTube videos, Vimeo, Instagram embeds, etc.) may set their own cookies when you interact with them. We use privacy-enhanced embed modes where available.
8. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
