When I was working for DDT fx, I did various conceptual designs for prosthetic makeup, masks and other special effects related issues in film. For the film XP3D by Sergi Vizcaíno what I did was to design the mask that the main character wore during the film. They wanted something that harkened back to classic horror slashers, but had its own personality. Here are some of the designs I made, and the one that finally made it to the screen.
