The first decade of the 2000s was a complicated time for my physical and mental health. During those years I shot many photographs. Closing the decade and an era, I made a selection of the photographs I had taken in a series I titled Guests. In it he had portrayed countless friends and acquaintances in the most diverse ways. I loved getting in my car with them and looking for places to shoot.
Unfortunately, a few years later, I discovered the horror of the digital age when I lost the information on my hard drive and the backup I had. I lost all my photographs up to that point. I can’t even remember how many. It was pretty tough. The ones I show here are miniatures that I rescued from a website. Without resolution and being only nine of the dozens that the series had, they remain as a sample of a time when I simply took photographs without thinking about retouching.
