Biography

Since I was a child, I have always had a special passion for animals and image making. I could spend hours immersed in the volumes of a wildlife encyclopedia my parents gave me or in the pages of my sketchbooks, creating worlds where I felt safe and valued. Despite a childhood marked by bullying and an adolescence interrupted by a spinal tumor, these passions remained constant, serving as a bulwark against life’s difficulties and a source of expression and escape.

After attending art high school, I continued my studies in fine arts, where I found people who shared my interests and values. Together with my best friend, Manel, we founded our first graphic design company, an experience that allowed us to explore and expand our creative skills. Later, I turned to photography, self-taught, creating dreamlike images and capturing moments of beauty and uniqueness.

My life took an exciting turn with the emergence of Zoo Portraits, a series of animal portraits that, to my surprise, went viral. This series has been featured in media around the world and has allowed me to collaborate with a variety of companies and organizations, including Adobe, Apple and The Body Shop, to name a few. Even more rewarding has been his transformation into a key player in the international species conservation foundation, Creatures United.

My love for animals also led me to begin a career in environmental biology, to specialize in zoology. Although parenthood and the Covid19 pandemic made me put my studies on hold, I hope to resume them soon. In the meantime, I continue to pursue photography and explore new forms of expression, creating new species for the animal series and working as creative director at Creatures United.

Over the years, I have learned that creativity is more than just an art form; it is a way of life. And as I continue to explore new forms of expression, I am excited for what the future has in store.

Thank you for joining me on this creative journey. If you are interested in learning more about my work or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
